I found the staff rude. The stylist was chewing gum and did not even attempt to make conversation. Another customer was offered tea while waiting, my daughter and I were offered nothing. Upon entering I politely asked if they offer NHS discount, the lady replied NO quite abruptly. When paying for the haircut the lady added an extra £5 for no reason.
