I was supposed to receive a partial refund as I wasn’t given the full service I payed for. I was also told that I couldn’t get a blowdry due to my hair texture. I was also given a bad haircut which was uneven and I was more than I asked for.

Quite pricey everytime I go I pay a different price. I went December 2025 for a child haircut and was charged £15 and now I went again in may 2026 and paid £25. Not good value for money!! It’s a kid girl hair cut no styling no washing hair etc or shampooing. So £25 to literally cut baby hairs?

Clean salon and good vibes. Treatment felt abit rushed due to shortage of staff but given the circumstances the therapists were super friendly and personable. Will be returning :)
