Loved Bia. First visit and she fitted me in very last minute, she made me feel really relaxed and I enjoyed our chat which helped make the wax feel quick and painless and she had lots of good suggestions for my sensitive skin. Surroundings aren’t very pretty like in a fancy salon but don’t let that put you off. It really doesn’t matter when she’s that good! Will definitely go back.

I came across Bia Beauty whilst in the Sutton area as the reviews were good and it’s locally based. I went for an experience for myself and I must say I was highly impressed, with the level of
customer service, care, cleanliness and the ambiance. The staff are also very welcoming, knowledgeable and highly experienced. The products that were used were top quality therapy products, the waxing technique and the wax itself smelt very nice, it the pain was minimal, in comparison to some other salons that I have visited.
The prices are are also very reasonable and provide good value for money. I would highly recommend Bia Beauty and I will definitely be returning in the future.

Best aromatherapy massage i have ever had, Bia did my eyebrows just how I like them and I treated myself to an express facial... fab experience!
Great service, Friendly professional staff, clean and comfortable atmosphere and the prices are so reasonable. Will be coming back and would highly recommend.

I have been visiting Bia for all my regular waxing and threading I will not use anyone else now !!!
I have total trust in her and she makes me feel welcome calm and relaxed
I have also had microdermabrasion sessions to sloth away my dead dry skin ,and remove those unsightly blemishes and blackheads she always makes me feel relaxed
I have also had dermologica facials again these are fantastic and I love the products that are used
I always leave with 100% customer satisfaction
I would recommend Bia beauty 100% a lovely local salon warm environment and you will leave feeling fresh and envigorated

I had the facial with extraction. I expected much more extraction so it wasn't what I thought It would be, but my skin did look and feel good afterwards.
