Elizabeth was skilled and conscientious.
My only issue is that the lady she is covering for (who's on mat leave), had told me I'd get 20% off on Instagram. at the time of paying, I was only given 10% off. Elizabeth called the lady to clarify and was told it was 10%. I could understand her asking in Spanish "but what do I tell her then?" it is a shame especially as I'm a returning customer, I will not be returning anymore if they can't honour discounts they promise they'll give.
