I had a great first experience however went back for infills and the girls were talking the whole time, took so long to do the removal didn’t have time for shellac I paid for. Offered no money back. The wonkiest unshapen Biab I have ever had and 2 nails have big chips in a week. Not what you’d expect for plain Biab on natural nail for £55 …
