I’ve been coming every 3-4 wks since 2023, even driving half an hour each way,& the service is so inconsistent now. I rearrange my schedule to book specific nail techs I trust & I turn up and it’s someone completely different, more than once. Today building work was being done right next to the tables and it was noisy &smelly. The tech I ended up with, while lovely, didn’t do a job to the standard I’m used to & I couldn’t communicate with her to explain i wasn’t happy as she couldn’t understand
