Sadly not a great experience which was disappointing after reading lots of good reviews online. The lady carrying out the treatment had earphones in and was chatting on the telephone during the time she did my nails, which is not very welcoming and made me feel quite uncomfortable. She was not gentle when cutting my cuticles, making me bleed and it’s been really sore afterwards. Some of the other ladies looked much more friendly and engaged with their clients so I think I just got unlucky!

Terrible customer service. After booking the wrong treatment by mistake, the staff were incredibly rude, argued with me, and aggressively yanked my hands around. A beauty treatment is meant to be relaxing, but I left feeling tense and uncomfortable. As a repeat client, I’m deeply disappointed and won't be back.
