I’ve had positive experience a few weeks ago but not this time. The appointment didn’t start until 7:15pm (booked 7pm) which was absolutely fine but felt a bit rushed. The nails were taken care of fine and Martina was lovely but some of them were not filed evenly. I was there for biab infill and three of the colours I picked were empty. Color suggested by my stylist ended up being too light and showed previous product. Meant to go back tomorrow for a fix, which is great.
