I’ve been a loyal customer of 3 years, and I will no longer be returning. I booked my appointment for 9:30 but was kept waiting for 20 minutes. I booked a Biab infill and nail art but settled on a milky French design and provided pictures. The design I received was nothing like I asked for and the infill was visible under the new Biab. The fix offered (shellac) chipped within a couple of days and the salon placed blame on me instead of apologising. Will be going elsewhere
