This is my third (and last) time at this salon. There is a rushed energy about the place. I don't blame the technicians. I suspect appointments are too close together and they are always hurrying to try to catch up so the work is shoddy. BIAB removal was done by electronic file, not soaking, which was borderline painful and left me concerned about the condition of my nails as a result. Each time the end result has been mediocre so I won't be returning.

Always busy here and seen quickly which is good. A few breaks quite soon after this manicure and had to go back for a couple of repairs but overall great design
