Very rough and painful Biab manicure, the electric fire was used on the highest setting and despite my showing discomfort this continued. I wasn’t given the colour wheel to pick from - I was just asked what I want. The whole thing took 40 minutes with no care or attention and felt very rushed. Negative experience this time which is a shame as I have had great manicures at this salon.
