I wasn’t going to leave a review as I’m not usually one to complain, but I was disappointed with my BIAB appointment with Michele.
My appointment was 30 minutes late with no apology. My nails were also made much shorter than expected without checking with me first.
After just 5 days, they’ve already started chipping, which has never happened to me this early on.
I’ve always had amazing experiences at the salon, so unfortunately this appointment fell short of what I’ve normally experienced.

A lovely salon, very clean and calm atmosphere. They ran slightly behind schedule but I didn’t mind. Naz was very sweet and my nails looked great. The pedicure seats are so comfy and situated beside the window which I loved.
