Nightmare experience
Nightmare experience getting my BIAB removal.
The woman who removed my BIAB was extremely harsh and dismissive, despite me telling her many times that the filing was causing me pain. She continued filing aggressively, rather than listening to my concerns or adjusting her technique.
My nails were painful for almost two weeks afterwards, and they are now visibly bruised, damaged and in a terrible condition. I will not be returning
