Receptionist didn't turn up to her stiff so I felt like the owner was panicky. When it came to cutting my hair she absolutely ruined it. I washed and straightened it and it looked like chunks where just hacked off. My long hair was ruined!

First time I have visited this salon and was very glad I did. Louise was very knowledgeable about difficult to manage hair and I came away with a great haircut albeit a little short but I agree it was necessary. My husband said I looked like a new woman and that it suited me.
