Nick was focusing in drying on only the right side my ear became bloody red and he kept the left side wet. I told him and he just said don’t worry. Obviously they treat old customers differently with much care. Also I noticed they have a habit not to wash the back of the head near the neck carefully. Back to nick he used the iron on not very dry part of my hair this as far as I know wrong. I also regret giving them four stars last time because after I washed my head I noticed the cut was not even but I came back because it is close to my house and I thought only one mistake can be forgiven. Lastly I would recommend booking with the senior or the owner he is good and I would recommend the manicure there. I haven’t try color yet I will see if I can pick different people. Ah and did I mention that they changed my appointment and did not appreciate my effort to come earlier and have not treated my hair with love:(
Usually had good manis here but today was an absolute catastrophe. Needed to do whole thing again and it still looks horrible. Faint color, bubbles, scratches. And color everywhere on my hands. Didn’t even get offered a refund. Won’t go again

The booking was easy and I finished on time. Everything was nice but I believe the washing can be better because I have dandruff
