Staff were very pleasant and helpful, and I liked my colour and cut. I was the only customer in there for the majority of my time (3 1/2 hours), so the salon was a little too quiet at points (although I understand that the time of my visit was off-peak)
Three stars for value only because I was asked to pay an additional £30 on top of what I had already paid for a toner treatment (still not 100% sure why). Would prefer if this was included in the original price listed on treatwell / if this additional charge was mentioned as a possibility depending on hair type/treatment/length etc.
Angela was very nice and she was quick with her waxing, which makes it a much better experience. This is a great salon.
