This is my first time using Treatwell. I needed a leg wax but had mixed feelings because of the mixed reviews at the salons which seemed affordable. I settled on Bibas and it was Laure that gave me the wax. She was great- one of the most painless waxes I’ve had. She was also really thorough with the wax, asking me to check I was happy and also doing my feet and toes (which usually I have to sheepishly ask for). Will happily recommend and will go back.

The esthetician made the experience so much more enjoyable than it usually is - the wax is of good quality and hurts less than other waxes. Good technique and good conversation also really helped. Thank you so much, I will be coming back.

Laure does an amazing job - I love how she extends the facial to the jaw line and below the chin which are problem areas for me that others have ignored / products also felt less harsh than the last time around, will definitely return

The staff was really nice and friendly, listening to what I wanted and also giving advises on how to take care of my hair. The place in itself is pretty simple but they have magazines available.
