Was meant to have an appt at 1pm through Treatwell. Was told it wasn’t possible when I arrived at the salon and to come back at 2.15, but was then sat around waiting until 2.45. Wouldn’t have minded if I didn’t have a flight to catch...made the whole experience quite stressful.
