Staff was late. Process was slow and I had to repeat what I wanted a few times. Cuticle care was painful. Finished manicure was not the best.

All in all a really good facial for the price - the products did feel a bit harsh, and I was a bit perplexed a tool wasn’t used for extractions (rather nails and tissue paper), but the technician was careful and attentive
Great haircut with Mark, would highly recommend for curly haired people. He understands how to manage and cut curly hair.

I knew my skin was dry despite the humid weather but by the time my therapist had finished my treatment my skin felt gorgeous!
