Brought my 22-month old toddler here for a first haircut. Looked around at different venues and lots of places advertised kids’ cuts, but they were either overpriced or had no reviews for the service. This place had reviews and was a short drive away so we tried it out and the toddler’s hair looks great and they kept a bit of hair to give us as it was his first cut. Toddler was unsure at first but they managed him well and CocoMelon was also a good distraction. Would return & recommend

It was not good.
1. I was greeted with “Have you got an appointment”? Then instructed to sit down by basin. No “hello” or greeting.
2. No conditioner was applied during the wash.
3. Staff looked unhappy. No one even took my jacket until I asked
