Joy was really lovely and patient with my son who had a real tantrum while getting his haircut. It was very challenging but she still managed to give my son a great haircut and to cut only as much as I had asked.

I was surprised to have my hair cut by Joy as I had booked an appointment with Kim, and no explanation was given for the change. But the haircut itself was of the same high quality.
