I have done hair color at Bien before but this time had a horrible experience, I WILL NOT GO BACK!!! I usually do black color but this time opted for a dark mahagony red. The whole color left stains on my forehead and scalp, a lot of the color came off when I washed my hair (only water, no shampoo or conditioner), the wet hair left stains on my towel and cloths and overall it was a bad experience. I am looking for a new place to do color but will not step inside Bien again. I need a full refund!
