Bien is a simple salon, focussing on great haircuts and service, instead of flashy decor. Kim was friendly, professional and took great care with my haircut. The blow dry was lovely, he’s very skilled to bring lift and bounce to my very fine, thin hair.
I moved house just before the first lockdown and this was my first hair cut in 14 months. I’m very happy to have found a good hairdresser in my new neighbourhood - thank you Kim!

Very confusing massage - not sure what style is was as the majority of the time, she used ?a roller. It was not the relaxing experience that I had hoped for! I was also left waiting for 10 minutes in the main salon bit with no explanation or apology. When I left, I said good bye on the way out but the staff just ignored me. Won’t be coming back
