I really enjoyed my experience at Bien. There’s nothing that annoys me more than a super gentle hair wash. Chloe gave me a thorough scalp massage and hair wash which I really enjoyed. She was also very attentive when restyling my hair. Even though she is still perfecting her English, I was reassured that her work colleagues could pass on my comments to her. I would definitely go back for my next hair cut and would want to see Chloe again.

My sons haircut was great! He didn’t want a barber cause he wanted a “proper” haircut and he was very happy! Staff are friendly and very professional! We will definitely be back again!

An overall great experience. Sophia did a fab facial and gave super knowledgable advice. My highlights weren’t quite as blonde as I wanted, but I think that was more an issue with my choice of colours. The hair cut was perfect - very even and well styled. Thanks, Bien!
