I arrived for my appointment at Bijou nails today at 1730 and 2 other people are booked in my slot. I was told to just to wait (an hour) for 2 other people to have a pedicure before me without even an apology and no one asked if that was even suitable for me. I was told if I didn’t like it call Treatwell - who I booked through. The other appointments were only booked today.
I had arranged my entire day around this and now I’m not able to have a treatment. I’m most upset and disappointed by this appalling service and attitude.I appreciate accidents happen but it’s how you deal with them - offering to reschedule, offering a discount for my inconvenience etc let’s remember it not my fault you have an issue with the booking I have a confirmation from an appointment booked days in advance.
Now I’m left without an appointment late on a Saturday with no where open to treat me meaning I’ll have to miss out when I had an event to go to.

Apart from waiting for over 30min for my booked appointment, I can't fault Bijou Nails. Cherry was efficient and really professional. She did a wonderful job with my manicure. Despite the wait, I'd go again.
Couldn’t have been better - I was slightly late but both ladies were v nice about that, the massage chair was great, and the pedicure was amazing - I don’t think I’ve had a better one. I’ve already re-booked!
