I had been to Bijou nails before and had a different lady (with short hair) who had done a great job. I decided to go back despite some recent negative reviews. Unfortunately this time I had a different person (Nyugen). She was rough...nearly cut my toe in the pedicure and hacked at my cuticles to the point I now have sore scratches around them. The pedicure looks nice, but my gel nails aren’t applied near enough to the edges, so look a bit messy and ‘grown out’ already. I mentioned this a couple of times while she was applying it but she brushed my concern aside and said it will be fine. I won’t be returning incase I get her again. It’s a shame though because my previous manicure with different staff had been a good experience.
