I had a wash and cut service at Billy hair. The hair was cut much shorter than agreed. The hairdresser didn't really communicate with me regarding my wishes. I wanted an advise from a so called 'senior stylist' but got a low level service. All the staff showed very little interest in the client, especially when I showed clear dissatisfaction with the result. Disappointing!

My cut is great and exactly what I wanted. The blow dry is gorgeous, the best! And the milky coffee I had at Billy's was delicious! My favourite hair salon ❤️
