Was asked if I would like tea and coffee. Billy was my stylist explained how he would style my hair step by step and made me feel at ease . The three ladies also worked in there were lovely to. There was a ladie worked there who was taking videos and pictures before and after so professional and energetic promoting there buisness. Thank you for a lovely experience Karen
