I had a terrible experience with this booking. I made two bookings at the same time for HD brows- one for myself and one for my sister. My appointment was a few hours after hers. When I went, they said they had no record of the appointment. I insisted that I needed the brows done because of the upcoming wedding. The woman I was dealing with (Ammara) I found to be extremely rude in her tone. She said she could ask somebody else to do it for a higher price, and when I suggested it was unfair for them to charge me more when the booking error was nothing to do with me, she insisted she was actually doing me a favour by asking the other woman to do my brows. Feeling like I had no other option, I agreed and then the other lady said she would only be doing an eyebrow tint. Then when I said that was incorrect because I had booked an appointment for HD brows rather than tinting, the staff said they don’t even offer HD brows as a service in their salon and can’t do them. This was ridiculous as I had previously had HD brows done in their salon by Jas, who was sitting at reception. I was obviously very angry about the whole situation, but most so because the salon staff completely detached themselves of any responsibility and said they had nothing to do with treatwell. When I went the first time, Jas did my eyebrows very nicely, but I was so disappointed by the lack of professionalism shown by the staff on this visit that I definately won’t be visiting again.
