My first visit. Treatment room wasn't great, floor needed a good sweep and mop. I booked a hot Hollywood wax and leg wax. Hollywood was actually a strip wax, not hot wax. The next day I noticed quiet a few areas that had been missed. Don't think I'll be returning.

Didn’t even get the treatment done as they said I’m not booked in even though I travelled there for my 7:30 appointment.

Clean and professional. However the appointment started 20 minutes late. not a problem for me as I'd allowed for it
