Friendly beauty therapist that gave me good advice. Treatment was good and helped to clear my skin. Venue was a little hard to find as signage outside wasn’t the best, which made a little late not realising where it was. Would definitely visit again though.

Having previously read the reviews I was very hesitant about booking an appointment here and I was sure to pay the full amount via this website to better my chances of not having my appointment cancelled. I paid for a full body, but it was really Hollywood, underarm and full legs. To be honest I was happy with this as I didn’t want to remove the hair on my arms, but the fact that the therapist just assumed this before I even said, I wasn’t too happy about. The Hollywood was NOT a good experience for me at all! Whilst with Amara I checked with her that it was a hot wax that she’d be doing on my bikini area and she assured me that it was. She then went on to say that she’d used strips to clean up. I explained to her about a previous strip wax that had been done in that area and it was excruciating. I only get hot waxes done there. Well lo and behold, my hot wax pretty much turned into a strip wax. I feel as if she was in quite a rush as she quickly zipped out after my treatment and was nowhere to be seen, despite me arriving on time. Needless to say, I won’t be going back for a hollywood, and I wouldn’t recommend unless you want a strip wax. Fortunately as I’d paid for full body, I was also able to get my eyebrows done. This was done by someone else but I cannot remember her name and to be honest, they’re one of the best brows I’ve got done. I don’t usually trust just anyone to do my brows, but she did a very good job hence the higher rating.

Therapist ran late and because of that I did not receive the full allocated time for treatment which was very disappointing!
