Best place I've been too with skincare, staff are very friendly and easy to get on with. the treatments you receive are really good and a lot of effort is put into it. couldn't recommend enough

Rude reception staff. I had booked my appointment weeks in advance and it was cancelled two days prior. Receptionist left a voicemail which I didn’t receive so I showed up to my appointment. The receptionist was very rude and unaccommodating.

Unable to rate as when I called 30 mins before I was informed they could no longer do the appointment and that someone should have called me.

They cancelled last minute. After sending me several reminders including one 20minutes before I was cancelled by email. I would never bother booking with this unprofessional salon at again. Melissa Nelson
