Not impressed at all - I booked this appointment and got there just to be told that they were fully booked and that treatwell books people in but doesn’t sync to their system. I wasn’t offered a new appointment or much remorse for my wasted trip and was advised to book it somewhere else. Appalling! Not happy.

The massage was good but I found the room to be cold and there wasn’t much ambience. Good value for money overall
masseuse Ayoola was good but music on too loud over which I could hear staff chatting, door wasn't closed completely so felt a little exposed and didn't help with the noise. Bright spotlights left on full brightness until asked to turn it down.

The second time, they have cancelled on me the day of the appointment, not great when you’re going on holiday 2 days later. Won’t be booking with them again
I can’t actually leave a review as the salon called me to reschedule for 8 days after my original booking. Annoying but fine. Then I get another call a day before to say they’d have to reschedule again for two or three weeks later as the staff were away. Not impressed, seems they may have overbooked and will just continue to push appointments back by several weeks so I cancelled... won’t be booking here again
