Hard to find the place for a start. Staff are too busy chatting away and crowded around the desk making you feel intimidated. Treatment rooms are very small and cramped, not a very relaxing and calm vibe at all. The lady who did my treatment was nice but she kept asking me if I was okay, of course I wasn't okay you're pulling hair out of my skin, asking me every two mins did not help at all. Wax residue was left on my skin with just aloe vera given to me to cool the skin down, no oil or anything else to help me remove any wax residue when there clearly was some left. I wouldn't come back here for a wax again.

Lovely facial. Friendly & polite staff. Got a Good deal through treatwell £8 for a 30 min facial. A lottle tricky to find . Based above B in the city salon.
