Really helpful and friendly staff. I booked a full body wax but on the day I was on my period so I couldn't have the Hollywood. However they kindly rescheduled that for another day.

Loved how calm the lady was. I brought a friend with me for support and they didn't mind. Cause it was my first time I had no clue what to expect. Best way to describe it is painful but worth it. I was laughing in tears cause of the pain literally. I'll defo be back again they treated me like a genuine person and did a great job getting rid of the hairs there.
