Finding the place was a little difficult as it’s not signposted too well but when you get there the staff are lovely.
When I got into the room however it wasn’t too dirty but I felt it could’ve been a little cleaner as the floor had dirt marks for example.
On the treatment, I wouldn’t go back again as I went in with the impression that I was getting a hot wax as I prefer them especially for a Hollywood but she used strip which really irritated the skin there and she also went over and over it which isn’t good as it irritates the skin further. The therapist saw that I had dry skin which she commented on but didn’t really put anything on the area to prevent the skin from breaking which led to a very painful next few days.
She said she was going to use strip instead of hot because of the length of hair but I know due to my hair type, hot wax would’ve been perfect for it and it also wasn’t too long. If anything if it was too long I could’ve had it trimmed?
Anyway, lovely staff but in terms of the treatment it was a horrifying experience

I was a few minutes late as I couldnt find parking closer to the salon, had to park in the bullring and walk up. I did ring and let them know they said thats fine but may not be able to give the full treatment because of lost time, understandable as bookings may be back to back. Was welcomed and taken to get ready for the wax. Let them know i wasnt able to have the hollywood wax as was menstruating. The lady did the rest of the wax, asked which areas i would like done as part of the full body wax. She was very gentle, friendly and asked for my help in holding skin where needed. I prefer this rather than ending up with bruised and sore skin so this is a big thumbs up from me. Shows me that the lady is aware of where it can go wrong and would rather have the job done properly than staying silent and awkward. So a big thank to you to her. (Ammara if im correct). Before i left i asked if i could rebool the hollywood wax for another day the lady at the desk was very helpful and sought out another date and time to suit me, was very understanding of the situation and included it as part of this wax and already being paid for. So i am much appreciative of that, as other places can choose to be awkward and try to make more money by selling it to you double. Im not someone who goes for a wax very often so am grateful for it not being made awkward and making me feel too self conscious. Hoping the next appointment will be the same. Overall pleased with the experience and thankful to the staff.
