Although the wax was thorough and professional, they double dip so won't be going back and can't recommend
Booked it for a friend for secret santa and she absolutely loved it. Was used university exams and could not have been at a bettet locayion2
When I arrived the receptionist looked already quite bothered that I was there, specially when I asked her simple questions about the venue - because then she could not use her mobile and had to reply.
The room was very small, dusty, plastic packaging on the floor, not that clean.
To my surprise the same woman was the one giving me the massage later. I was the only customer there so even bigger surprise was the fact that she could not start the treatment on time.
I bought 1 hour massage via treatwell site, the massage lasted less than 40 minutes. This time I did not mind as the room was very cold and the massage was not good either.
I was surprised that the place was so bad, because the venue had some positive feedback. This time I only paid £12, normally it's £50 for the treatment. I honestly felt ripped off, so I could not even imagine paying full price for it.
