I had my appointment but feel it wasn’t as effective as the previous 2 appointments I had, I don’t think the laser was hot enough. Also the hair grew back very quickly. I was quite disappointed by my last appointment.

I liked the location however felt it overpriced for the treatment as it only took 15 mins!

The place wasn't that great and lady waxing me wasn't the friendliest, seemed as though she couldn't be bothered. I was obviously in a bit of pain when getting the hollywood done but I wasn't making much noise or fuss, and she had the cheek to say I don't do so well with pain. I'M LITERALLY GETTING HAIR YANKED OUT OF MY SKIN ON A DELICATE PART OF THE BODY sorry I showed any emotion. But overall the hollywood wax was done well, but she did leave quite a few hairs on my legs.
