Not easy to park and find the place, and the number provided on the text was the Manchester's branch. But once there, quick service and polite, very satisfied with the service, would certainly recommend.
Treatment didn't happen. Received text message to say everything is going ahead and then when i got there, apparently i was meant to have had a call to rebook my session which i didn't get. All rebooked now.

For my first Hollywood wax, I couldn't have expected a better experience. It was less painful than expected, fairly quick, and the results were amazing, I'll definitely schedule again.

Really great beautician did my waxing. Room was clean,she was very quick and did a great job. what more could you want?
The salon is very clinical and cluttered I was very surprised to see no actual layout and furniture and equipment scattered everywhere with a very strange reception area, no consultation forms were asked to be filled in. Massage was great by amira but the salon definitely needs to be reorganised and structured properly it gives a very bad first impression
