Made a booking for today at 12.30pm. After travelling to the salon which took almost one hour, I arrived and checked in. The stylist then came over to say I am booked in for 2:45pm. I received confirmation from Treatwell and also the normal reminder notification from Treatwell to advise the appointment was 12:30. So disappointed and embarrassed. Now going on holiday tomorrow without my colour and cut. The salon blamed Treatwell for the confusion. So can’t really answer the standard review service I received as I didn’t get one.
