I was on a schedule that day and the Salon had approximated the treatment to take an hour and ten minutes, but after my hair was washed I waited for at least 30 minutes before the hairdresser began to cut my hair, as there was only one hairdresser at work. I do not know if I came on a bad day, but the wait certainly stressed me out as I did not expect for a normal wash, cut and blowdry to take two hours. On the contrary, I was very happy with the cut and my hair was beautifully dried and curled, so I left the salon feeling great, but slightly stressed.
