Always love Biyoshi..got ombre done with red tones but washed out after a few washes.. will always go back as a great service but slightly disappointed that colour washed out almost instantly

I am not really happy with my experience at Biyoshi. I scheduled a haircut and blow dry, which were supposed to take 45 minutes. They took 1 hour and 30 minutes instead, because the staff was dealing with other customers at the same time. I guess the client's time is not a priority. I am not overly happy with the haircut that I got either. Needless to say, I will not be visiting Biyoshi again for sure.
