I had my hair put up for going out with my boyfriend that night. The girl that served me was polite and chatty. She asked what style I would like and she listened. She done a fantastic job. I felt very glamorous after it. I got back to work and all the girls kept giving me compliments on my hair, which was really nice. I just wish I had extra money with me on the day to tip the hairdresser. Overall I was really happy and would highly recommend this place.

I can't say how awful my experience was. The hairdresser in there ruined my hair, and now I've spent half of my day crying about it. She didn't listen to what I asked for at all - me asking for lowlights, and her putting in white highlights instead. This is terrible because I've been trying to avoid highlights for the past year, since my hair was in a very damaged condition because of them in the past. I will never try any salons like that again, only go to a professional hairdresser.
I used to go to this salon many years ago and when I saw the special deal on Wahanda, I thought about giving it a try again. I was surprised to see how buys it was, which put me off at first as I always fear that the stylist / hairdresser won't have enough time to deal with me. You've probably seen this in other places, sometimes it's like a production line, they put your hair colour or highlights in and move onto another customer... then you sit there for ages wondering whether you still have any hair left as nobody keeps checking on it... I have to say, although the salon was busy, everything went pretty well. There were about 4 staff members and as I kept looking around, it was amazing to see the transformations of customers around me.
My stylist asked about my requirements, we discussed my options and the senior stylist also contributed with her advice. I have to say that the end result was fabulous. No orange highlights and the colour blended perfectly with the rest of my hair.
I cannot comment on a cut as I didn't need one. But I will be definitely going back to Biyoshi when I need my re-growth done again.

The haircut was amazing, the hairdresser emma listened to what I wanted and gave me a cut that was way better than I imagined!!!really friendly and fantastic value...definitely my new hairdressers!!!!

Emma was lovely, professional and is very good at what she does. I got my hair put up and received compliments for it all night- mostly from complete strangers! Will definitely be back and highly recommend x
