Felt she didn’t listen to what I was saying
Booked bouncy blow dry but I don’t like my hair big I like it smooth with curls around bottom created with brush
Stephani dried my hair straight and when I asked how she was curling the bottom she said she would use straighteners !
I told her I don’t like my hair curled with straighteners and could she use tongs
Stephanie then proceeded to use a wand giving a wave effect Not the look I paid for
