Rachel was first class at my hair up for an event. She took into account the style of my dress etc to create the perfect match. Very welcoming and even discussed future hair goals to work towards if I was interested.

I didnt get what I asked for. Maybe it was a language problem, but I told her several times what I wanted and what I didnt want at all. She just seemes to disagree with me, and the blow-dry was horrible, I looked like Nicola Sturgeon in her earlier days! But I should have told her that I dont like blow-drys over the brush, and I didnt have time to stay longer for a proper styling.
I just wanted to go and wash my hair and style it my way.
The chemistry just didnt work at all right from the start.
