I didnt get what I asked for. Maybe it was a language problem, but I told her several times what I wanted and what I didnt want at all. She just seemes to disagree with me, and the blow-dry was horrible, I looked like Nicola Sturgeon in her earlier days! But I should have told her that I dont like blow-drys over the brush, and I didnt have time to stay longer for a proper styling.
I just wanted to go and wash my hair and style it my way.
The chemistry just didnt work at all right from the start.

Bit late on the review. Got a cut from Charlene, who was unbelievably lovely! Done a wonderful job getting all the crap off my hair and styled in such a flattering way.
Hope she had a good time at her new year bash!
Would 100% recommend. Products left my hair smelling amazing and feeling soft!
