Natalie was really great at talking me through the process of what I wanted to achieve (rose gold hair) and explaining that it would probably take more than one appointment to get to the lightness level where the pink colour could be applied. We were both pleasantly surprised when my hair lifted to a light enough level after the first bleach and the pink would take on my hair. I was so SO happy with my hair when Natalie washed out the pink toner! It is PERFECT! Thank you SO MUCH Natalie!! :)

Natalie was very polite and professional, she really spent the time and made the effort for a whole afternoon to give me a makeover! My hair looks fantastic now! I'm really happy with the result!
