First time at this salon for 2 massage treatments and Ellie did a fantastic job! Very friendly and professional. The only thing that I would pick up on, which I think is quite important for a salon to help with relaxing a client, is that there was no soothing music in the treatment room. So it left me quite exposed to the reception noise at times. However, i definitely would return regardless as the treatments themselves were brilliant!

It felt a bit chaotic,to a degree it was nice but it wasn't professional massage,there was no questions about the pressure I like to have during massage, the massage itself was more of a stroking than actual professional massage, I could feel that only one hand was used for "massaging" on multiple occasions, the massage was a bit chaotic without sequence.Also it seemed to me that too much massage oil has been used. I'm picky when it comes to quality of service so thats my honest feedback.
