No explanation was given on how to turn shower on ( had 2 bits and turned on an hit either freezing water!) Or on what to do in hot tub to turn on or were toilets were or where to get changed.
Dismissive of feed back given by freind re suggestion of a handle in shower ( she is walking with a crutch at moment after hip replacement)

Great massage, friendly employees. Only thing is you are able to hear voices in other rooms but not a big issue.
My therapist was wonderful, really pleasant and welcoming. She always answered my questions professionally and explained in detail what needed to know about my treatment. She was also kind enough to come in earlier, to suit my availability. Would definitely go back. Highly recommended.
