Before we went we spoke to Vilma explaining that Amy had knots in her back and she suggested that she explained it to Anzhela which Amy did but she didn’t seem to understand so she did nothing to help. Amy came away still the same . She was very disappointed. My massage was just about ok. We will certainly use Black swan again but only if we can see Velma who is very good.
