Local and friendly. Young child in pram was screaming place down. As nails were done in main reception would have been appropriate to move to a different location. I felt that this should have been a relaxing atmosphere which it wasn’t. I do understand that children can be difficult and appropriate measures were taken eventually to remove the child,
