Arrived for my appointment with Maria who walked out salon and refused to come back! Unprofessional and will not be returning
Found out 10 mins before the appointment that it was double booked and that Dimitar is actually not working on the day.I was offered another person ( a lady), one hour later which was fine. She was not a barber! Lovely lady but her level of English is not good enough, she doesn't know the terminology and I tried to explain 3 times what a medium-fade is! Very disappointed by the level, the training, communication experience!
The BEST blow dry I have ever had. I have Just stepped out now and actually received a compliment from a stranger on the street....! That has never happened before.
Staff are amazing. Warm, sincere, professional Maria is exceptional, a master at work. I will be back again. Fantastic experience.
