Nice colour but not a lot of attention dedicated to haircut which should be as it is part of the package.
A lovely salon and Maria did an absolutely brilliant job on my colour and cut with fantastic attention to detail accompanied by the other lady who was also lovely.
Nice relaxed ambience and Maria obviously took great pride in her work.
My only gripe is when it came to charging, they asked for £139 as opposed to the £74.50 quoted on Treatwell for half head highlights, cut and colour.
When I questioned this, she rang the manager and it was reduced to £94.50 as they had used a toner in addition. I didn’t mind paying the extra £20, as they had done a great job, although I think maybe they should let customers know before applying additional costs rather than at the end of the treatment.
I would definitely return as Maria is fantastic, but there needs to be something done to avoid the embarrassing bit at the end when it comes to paying!
