Really lovely experience with Nicola. Nice casual chat, brilliant haircut -- following advice on what would work best -- plus a knockout and unexpected head massage. I find that people have struggled with my kind of hair in the past, but Nicola put me at ease immediately and it ended up terrific. Thanks!
