Booked myself in for a last minute cut when I was visiting London. The whole team were lovely, offered me a drink on arrival. The girl who washed and dried my hair was very thorough and did a great job. Aria cut my hair, and he was fantastic. I was having a lot cut off, and he kept checking to make sure I was happy with what he was doing. The staff were chatty, but happy to leave me to my thoughts. I’m so happy with my hair, and have had lots of compliments from family and friends. Thank you team! :)
