I was seen on time. The therapist was very professional she did the wax quickly it was very well done.
Hair assassination...
Went in for some slices of blonde/caramel layered through mid to lengths of hair, came out with all over copper about 2 inches from the root.
The colour wasn't done in slices or layered and the hair wasn't stripped so went red instead of blonde. More peroxide was added after to take out the red, which left it bright orange before a toner was used on whole head to calm it down and the extra processing/over processing has left my hair very fragile.
The stylist would have stayed as long as it took to have me leave feeling ok with it and I don't hate the end result but it is very far removed from what I wanted and the extent of damage to my hair was something I was trying to avoid.
Im not usually bothered by what happens before my treatment, but it was nice to be greeted with a warm smile as a first time customer and my jacket taken and hung up.
The waxing treatment was done so quickly but efficiently by my therapist! Also, was virtually pain-free. May be the best treatment I've received (and I've had many Brazilians!)
I will definitely be back.
Very pleased with my blow dry so will be booking to go back for a trim.
