It was my first experience at the Bladerunners and I left quite satisfied. Had a hair colouring and a blow dry. Everything went fast and smoothly, the staff are professionals. Will come back!

Good value for money in a clean place, though the atmosphere was more practical than zen/spa like. The location was very clean however, and good quality wax was used. The beautician was a very new hire and thus the whole procedure could have been quicker (and with better temperature control of the wax, which at times was too hot) but overall, satisfying experience and I would return if I was in the area.
AVOID! I had an appointment for a Hollywood Waxing at 9am and at 10am the Italian 'beauty therapist' was just half way through! I had leave to go to work with wax all over me and had to come back at 5pm to get it finished! Just before she started she said that the hot wax wasn't ready, therefore she had to use strip wax (very slowly and very badly) and that's not what you want to hear when you're paying £30 for an Hollywood! The Italian 'beauty therapist' was extremely inexperienced and didn't apologize. On top of this, when I left the salon the 2nd time the other Italian hairdresser looked at me with attitude and didn't reply to my 'bye'. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

started out a little rough - i was getting a color and the assistant washed my hair which she wasn't supposed to do (i didn't know this) and the stylist got a little irritated.. after that it was great. aria was nice and brought me french press coffee and cookies!

It was ok but my blow dry started late and ran over a while so it wasn't such a relaxing experience. The hairdresser made no real effort to get to know what I really wanted. Probably because it was rushed!
