Thanks to Erica I finally have the colour I always wanted. I went from almost black to light brown without bleaching my hair just doing gradually highlights. Very good result!
Erica is the best hairdresser I ever had in London. I cannot recommend her enough! She is super super nice.
It was good staff and friendly person who was good but the ambience was bad and did not feel luxurious really. Small selection of colours.
The staffs communication was not great. The hairdresser did not speak English but was friendly. The other man in the salon spoke English but told me to tell him what I want my hair to look like and dont worry about how they do it. I do worry - I want to know what products they use. I didnt feel like I was listened to. We could not agree how to do my hair so they did it and the roots came out a different colour. Really poor communication. Otherwise clean salon.
My bleach blonde, sunburnt, sea swimming hair was in AWFUL condition. Decided something needed to be done RIGHT NOW. Booked a last minute appointment and saw Sergeii. Despite how embarrassed I was about the state of my hair, and I don't feel that comfortable being in salons - generally more of DIY girl, he made me feel incredibly comfortable, and you could tell he genuinely cared, wanted to fix it, but ensure it was something I was happy with (I love long, blonde hair!) I walked out feeling like a new person. I left it entirely in his hands, went a darker blonde, he also put in a conditioner, and he gave me care tips so next time he could make it lighter for me but still be in a good condition. The receptionist was incredibly warm and friendly, and I now, for probably the first time ever, feel I have a regular salon and hairdresser! I could not recommend more.
